Pariksha Pe Charcha 2.0 by Hon'ble Prime Minister- A Student-Prime Minister Interaction

Dr. D. Y. Patil College of Physiotherapy had organized a live telecast of students with Hon’ble Prime Minister of India on the topic of “Pariksha Pe Charcha 2.0”. on 29th January 2019 at 11.00 am, the session was directly linked to ‘Doordarshan’ and social media. Students were also encouraged to watch the online live telecast on cell phones

The interaction was conducted by Dr. Tushar J. Palekar, Principal, 

Dr. D. Y. Patil College of Physiotherapy and the staff members, Dr. Shilpa Khandare, Dr. Soumik Basu, Dr. Rucha Choudhari. Total 150 students including staff members were the attendees. The program was started by an introductory session by Dr. Shilpa Khandare about the topic.

Various questions were asked by the students to the Hon’ble Prime Minister, such as a student of 10th grade from Faridabad asked (i) how a person should set his goal, Should a goal be conservative and limited or should it be large?; (ii)How to do proper time management, how are you so energetic for 17 hours every day? Was one of a question asked by a student from TamilNadu? Many such questions were asked by the students and were beautifully answered and explained by the Hon’ble Prime Minister and were witnessed by our audience enthusiastically.

Interaction on various topics such as career orientation, the importance of education, future of India, the role of students in progress of the country, time management, etc. was beautifully explained by Hon’ble Prime Minister    “Mr. Narendra Modi”. He explained how a child is nurtured right from the birth and the role of parents defines the personality of the child. The Hon’ble  Prime Minister also focused on the topic of stress building up in today’s generation, to overcome it students have explained the importance of sharing their problems with the family members as well as with their teachers.

The Hon’ble Prime Minister had, not only a serious discussion but also made sure that every student had a smile on their face by making the session understandable and interactive for the students. It was helpful and much-needed interaction for the students to get focused on their academic career and have a goal-oriented life. The interactive session then was commenced by Hon’ble Prime Minister thanking all the students present in the hall and across the nation for their active participation.
