FAREWELL PROGRAMME 2021-2022

The Farewell Programme for the batch 2021-2022 was conducted in Dr. D. Y Patil College of Nursing Pimpri, Pune on 06th July at 11 am. The Chief Guest for the programme was Col. Tripta Suri (Nursing Director at Dr, D.Y Patil Hospital and Research Centre) and Chairperson was Dr.Mrs. Rupali Salvi (Principal of Dr. D.Y. Patil College of Nursing). The programme was organized under the guidance of Principal Dr. Mrs. Rupali Salvi, Co-ordinated by Mrs. Jasmin Shijo (SNA advisor of College of Nursing) and Ms. Sweety Ranbhisae (SNA advisor of INE).

Host for the day was Ms. Prerna Salvi and Ms. Riya Kukreja. The program began by invoking the blessings of the almighty. The program continues with a motivational speech by all the Class- Coordinators of outgoing batches of MSc Nursing, P.B.B. Sc Nursing, BSc Nursing, and GNM. To express their love and gratitude towards the Principal, Teachers, and the College, students from each outgoing batch came forward and shared their thoughts and experiences. Ms. Pooja Saha on behalf of MSc Nursing, Ms. Suzanna Deacon on behalf of P.B.B. Sc Nursing, and Ms. Anju Susan Mathew on behalf of BSc Nursing shared their experience and feelings. There was a small power point presentation for all the outgoing batches prepared by the juniors to make their day memorable on behalf of the entire college. Token of love was received from all final year students such as Florence Nightingale photo frame and dinner crockery.

Momentous were distributed in the hands of Chief Guest, Principal, SNA Advisors, and final year Class Co-ordinators to all outgoing students. Followed by Respected Principal and Chief Guest addressed the students, encouraged and blessed them all with warm wishes for their bright future ahead. In closing, Ms. Ashwini Udyakumar from 2ndYear BSc Nursing delivered the vote of thanks. The celebration was then concluded and followed by delicious lunch.
