Guest lecture on the topic “Industry’s expectations from the budding managers ” was organised for the MBA students. The speaker of the session was Mr. Mandar Ghadge, Founder-Foodjar.


Mr. Mandar discussed about his life, how he took the tough decision of quitting his job and starting his own company of spices called ‘Foodjar’. He shared his corporate experience with the students and played games to explore the students more vividly. He even requested the professors to join in the games. Many different opinions and points were exchanged between students and Mr. Mandar. The lecture turned out to be very interesting. Mr. Mandar explained the 5 valuable points namely openness, communication, agreeableness, introvert and extrovert and consensual which are required by industries from the budding managers. He cracked many jokes which made the lecture even more interesting.  He even related Bollywood movies with management which was the most enjoyable and the interesting part of the lecture. He also cleared the queries asked by the students to him. He shared with us some mandatory important points which we need to adhere to while going for interviews. He ended up with the lecture by saying some million dollar words “Do what You love and love what You do” enlightening the students with immense knowledge about reality of life and the expectations of industries from budding managers.
